Four Core Programs

Dalaw Kalinga Foundation is committed to initiate programs of a nationwide scope, partnerships with other dedicated organizations, and special projects that will develop humanity, instill hope and promote goodwill to our less fortunate Filipino brothers. We partner with government agencies such as the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Department of Health, Philippine Blood Center and Department of Education as well as Non-Government Organizations such as Philippine National Red Cross for our noble advocasies. Rest assured that these programs and services are always extended to our beneficiaries with our utmost love, care and compassion.

  • Health Care

    • Dalaw Kalinga sa Mamamayan & Operation Iwas Sakit

      • •Dalaw Kalinga Foundation believes that primary health care is a basic human right and that every Filipino should have access to these services. And thus, we at Dalaw Kalinga Foundation conducts a series of full-service medical missions in far-flung and depressed areas in our country that provides free comprehensive healthcare services through medical missions in marginalized areas.
      • •Our services include medical, dental, optical with free reading glasses, minor surgeries like circumcision, Ob-Gyne Services, ECG, blood-typing, reflexology, haircut, free medicines & vitamins and seminars on responsible parenting, good nutrition and healthy living.

    • Dalaw Kalinga sa Buhay

      • • Dalaw Kalinga Foundation recognizes the importance of voluntary blood donation so that we can ensure strong response to the medical need of the people and our community for blood donors during emergencies. We at DKF see blood as a gift of life. A gift that can be given indiscriminately and regularly to those in need. Moreover, it is a gift that can be given without a financial cost. Thus, DKF through its Blood-Letting Program in partnership with the Philippine National Red Cross & Philippine Blood Center encourages the community to be pro-active in making their blood donations for a higher and more noble cause to help our fellowmen.

      • •Dalaw Kalinga Foundation offers feeding programs and regularly conducts good nutrition and healthy living seminars for students of selected public schools in the country.

  • Community Welfare and Development

    • Dalaw Kalinga sa Kabuhayan

      • •Dalaw Kalinga Foundation offers Housing & Livelihood assistance through our Coop-Programs in partnership with the Watchers Multi-Purpose Cooperative based in San jose City, Occidental Mindoro.

    • Dalaw Kalinga sa Pagdamay

      • •In addition, we provide relief goods to those affected by such calamities.
      • •Another project under this program is our regular conducting of Seminars and Trainings on Disaster Preparedness in selected schools.

  • Quick Responses and Environmental Consciousness

      Operation Sagip Mamamayan

      • •Dalaw Kalinga Foundation is always quick and ready to respond to communities affected by natural and man-made calamities such as typhoons, floods, fire, and earthquakes. Trained by the Bureau of Fire Protection and Rescue 161, we ensure that our rescue operations are always on-time, safe, efficient and effective.

    • Dalaw Kalinga sa Kalikasan

      • •Dalaw Kalinga Foundation in partnership with National Christian Life College regularly conducts seminars, awareness drives, and programs in selected schools and barangays to protect the environment.
      • •In 2008, we have also conducted a series of Global Warming Seminars to help save Mother Earth.
      • •Also in the Summer of 2008, we had a Tree planting & Reforestation project in Baguio in partnership with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. We were able to plant 1,000 pine trees for this project.

  • Education and Family Well-Being

      • •Dalaw Kalinga Foundation believes that education is a basic human right and that every child deserves opportunity for education. And thus, in partnership with the National Christian Life College, we offer full and partial scholarships to deserving students.
      • •In addition, we offer Free Books and Schools Supplies to financially help more selected students

      • •Dalaw Kalinga Foundation also conducts seminars & programs to promote smart parenting especially during our Medical Mission Operations.
